Shrieve, a private $100 million, 30 year-old company, completed an exhaustive research and development effort to create the underlying technology – Thermolube™. Thermolube™ was first applied to automotive air conditioning units as ICE 32, and then subsequently to residential and commercial air conditioning systems after 5 years and a mulit-million dollar research and development investment.
